Man arrested for 2020 Grande Prairie murder

Family members are finally seeing some forward momentum in the nearly six-year-old murder investigation of Cheyenne Omeasoo.  Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit announced July 3 they had made an arrest in relation to the Aug. 11, 2020, death of 23-year-old Omeasoo and that Amadeus Laforce, 29, of Mackenzie County, has been charged with second-degree murder.  […]
